All of our products are shipped via UPS, USPS Priority or Fedex Ground with tracking and insurance. We are not responsible for undelivered or mis-delivered mail due to an incorrect address. Please be sure your delivery information is accurate. If you receive your product damaged, please email email@example.com with pictures within 3 days so we can file a claim for you. We will work with you to find a solution.
